1. Acceptance
By using Anchae, you agree to these Terms and the Anchae Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Anchae.
You must be legally able to use Anchae in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including tax, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, securities, commodities, consumer protection, and virtual-asset rules.
2. Non-custodial wallet
Anchae is designed as non-custodial wallet software. Anchae does not custody your crypto assets, does not control your private keys, and cannot reverse blockchain transactions for you.
- You are responsible for your account access, wallet security, passkeys, recovery paths, devices, and transaction approvals.
- Anchae support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, passkey secret, recovery secret, or full signing credentials.
- Losing account access may result in loss of access to assets unless an available recovery path works for your account.
3. Important risks
- Crypto assets can lose value, become unavailable, or be affected by protocol, smart contract, bridge, route, liquidity, oracle, validator, network, or governance failures.
- Transactions on blockchains are generally irreversible.
- Network fees, protocol fees, slippage, bridge fees, and third-party costs may apply.
- Hidden transfers use a privacy layer, but public deposit and withdrawal events may remain visible on-chain.
- Privacy technology may fail, be unavailable, or be misunderstood by third-party observers.
- Tax treatment can be complex. You are responsible for your own tax reporting.
4. Features and eligibility
Anchae may offer wallet, send, receive, hide, unhide, recovery, support, route-suggestion, waitlist, and early-access features. Some features may be unavailable, restricted, or disabled depending on region, eligibility, product readiness, legal requirements, KYC checks, risk controls, or third-party availability.
Route and Stable Earn features
Route, Stable Earn, market, event, bridge, swap, and agent-execution features are not guaranteed to be available. If enabled, they may require additional disclosures, identity verification, region checks, limits, approvals, and risk controls. Anchae does not guarantee returns, yield, profit, execution, liquidity, or availability.
No financial advice
Anchae does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, banking, brokerage, or fiduciary advice. Any information shown in the app is for product operation and user review, not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow, lend, bridge, or invest.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Anchae to violate law or third-party rights. You may not use Anchae for sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, scams, market manipulation, ransomware, stolen assets, child exploitation, unauthorized gambling, or other unlawful activity.
Anchae may block, restrict, disable, suspend, or refuse service where required by law, risk controls, protocol safety, sanctions restrictions, App Store requirements, or third-party provider requirements.
6. Third-party services
Anchae may interoperate with blockchains, wallet providers, identity providers, RPC providers, route providers, KYC providers, protocol contracts, app stores, and other third-party services. Anchae does not control those services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, fees, downtime, errors, or data practices.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Anchae is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. Anchae does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every region, or compatible with every asset, chain, wallet, exchange, or protocol.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anchae will not be liable for lost profits, lost assets, loss of access, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, protocol failures, network failures, third-party failures, or user mistakes.
