Privacy Policy

Privacy for a non-custodial wallet.

This policy explains what Anchae collects, what it does not collect, and how wallet, on-chain, support, eligibility, and security data are handled.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Anchae's website, mobile app, backend services, support channels, waitlist, and related wallet features. It does not apply to third-party websites, blockchains, wallets, protocols, exchanges, identity providers, or route providers that Anchae does not control.

Anchae is designed as a non-custodial wallet. Crypto networks are public, third-party systems. Data written to a public blockchain may be visible, permanent, and outside Anchae's ability to delete.

2. Non-custodial wallet model

Anchae does not ask for, store, or control your private keys, seed phrase, or recovery secret. You should never send those materials to Anchae support.

Important: Hidden transfers use Anchae's privacy layer, but public deposit and withdrawal events can remain visible on-chain. Anchae does not promise that every on-chain event is anonymous or untraceable.

3. Data we collect

The exact data collected depends on which features you use and which features are available in your region.

Account dataLogin provider profile data such as email address or provider account metadata when you sign in with Apple, Google, Thirdweb, or another supported provider.
Wallet dataWallet address, linked nametag, public on-chain activity, supported network, public transaction hash, account status, and local app settings tied to your account.
Privacy-layer dataTransaction status, proof status, viewing/recovery status, and operational metadata needed to show Hide, Unhide, Send, Receive, and Recovery flows.
Waitlist dataEmail address, referral code, feature interest, country or region if provided, and related signup metadata.
Eligibility dataRegion, risk decision, route eligibility, KYC status, or identity verification status if a regulated feature is enabled. Do not enter KYC data unless the app explicitly asks for it through an approved provider.
Support dataMessages you send to Anchae, support email address, device/app context you choose to provide, screenshots, and issue history.
DiagnosticsCrash reports, API errors, security events, performance logs, and device/app version information used to keep the service reliable and secure.
Website dataBasic server logs and browser/device metadata. We do not use this site for advertising tracking.

4. How we use data

  • Provide, secure, debug, and improve Anchae wallet features.
  • Create or restore your Anchae account and connect it to your non-custodial wallet address.
  • Show balances, transaction status, proof status, nametag status, recovery status, and route availability.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate errors, enforce limits, and protect users from unsupported or unsafe flows.
  • Operate waitlists, referral codes, support, account deletion, and legal/compliance requests.
  • Run eligibility, region, sanctions, KYC, and risk checks if a regulated feature is enabled.

5. How we share data

We share data only as needed to operate Anchae, comply with law, protect users, or support features you choose to use.

  • Wallet and auth providers: Thirdweb and supported login providers may process account or wallet-auth data.
  • Identity providers: If KYC is enabled, identity verification may be handled by a provider such as Sumsub.
  • Infrastructure providers: Hosting, database, RPC, monitoring, email, and support providers may process operational data.
  • Route providers: If route features are enabled, providers such as bridge, swap, or protocol-routing services may receive the data needed to quote or validate the route.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose data if required by law, sanctions screening, court order, regulatory request, security investigation, or to protect rights and users.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use wallet data for third-party advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep off-chain account, support, waitlist, diagnostic, and eligibility data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or compliance reasons.

You may request deletion of your off-chain Anchae account data through the app or by contacting support. Deletion does not delete public blockchain records, third-party records outside Anchae's control, or data we must retain for legal or security reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can stop using Anchae at any time.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of off-chain account data.
  • You can request removal from waitlists and marketing emails.
  • You can use wallet recovery or forced-withdrawal flows where available, subject to protocol rules.
  • You should not send private keys, seed phrases, passkeys, or recovery secrets to Anchae.
