Contact Anchae
Email is the primary support channel for the current release.
Delete your account
You may request deletion of your off-chain Anchae account data. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Anchae because they are maintained by third-party networks.
In the app
If your build includes an in-app deletion flow, open Anchae, go to Account or Settings, and choose the account deletion option. Confirm the request in the app.
By email
Email gm@anchae.dev with the subject line Delete my Anchae account. Include your Anchae nametag or wallet address if you know it. Do not include private keys or seed phrases.
We may need to keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons.
Wallet safety
- Do not share your private key, seed phrase, passkey secret, or recovery secret with anyone.
- Check network, token, amount, recipient, and fees before confirming any transaction.
- Only send assets on networks Anchae marks as supported.
- Hidden transfers use a privacy layer, but public deposit and withdrawal events can remain visible on-chain.
- Crypto transactions are generally irreversible.
App access
Anchae supports Apple and Google login for eligible builds. If you cannot access your account, contact support with your Anchae nametag or wallet address if you know it. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, passkey secrets, or recovery secrets.
Stable Earn, market routes, event routes, bridge automation, and other route features may be unavailable, disabled, or eligibility-gated depending on region, account status, product readiness, and risk controls.
Security reports
If you believe you found a vulnerability, email gm@anchae.dev. Include a clear description, affected version or URL, reproduction steps, and impact. Do not access, modify, transfer, or disclose another user's data or assets.
